Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintenance & Implement functions related to services to employees including Attendance, Leaves and Absenteeism etc.
- Maintaining and updating the database of employees.
- Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of certificates, issuing appointment letters, giving staff member & workers ID cards, ensure in filling up bank details and closing the joining formalities.
- Listing out the absenteeism report on ten days & monthly basis.
- Manage leave of employees as per company policy.
- Handle wage and salary administration and overtime of the worker issues. Prepare monthly salary statement on time.
- Coordinate with other department and offices in factory level.
- Prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management.
- Personal file maintenance of official documents in proper manner.
- Maintain & update personnel record and other documents of all full time employees.
- Properly distribute office circulars / notices, internal office memos etc.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
- Implement HR & Admin Policies in all levels of employees.
- MBA/ Masters in any discipline.
- PGDHRM will be preferred.
