Job Description / Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of informations and record in the company database.
- Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
- Assist customers with product price and quality related issues.
- Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
- Meeting call targets every day, prepare report accordingly.
- Visit and work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Educational Qualifications will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

- Must have experience in working for recognized call centers.
- Candidates will have to be attractive and presentable.
- Must have a very descent typing speed.
- Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
- Must have advanced situational judgment -ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
- Office Hours: 10:00am-08:30pm.
