Job Description / Responsibility
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
- Obtain and enter accurate demographic information of a patient (Name, address, contact number).
- Produce call reports.
- Attend training programs regularly.
- Other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Computer Skill

- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to handle a "call center" environment: work quickly and multi-task.
- Ability to exercise good judgment to handle calls appropriately.
