Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead the kitchen & Outlet unit and manage the production. Need previous experience and run it with strict kitchen standard.
- Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of kitchen functions: production planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, safety, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, food costing and preparation of reports
- Oversee the Operations of the kitchen within the premises
- Create and implement new items for the menus for patient along with the nutrition experts, including using seasonal and locally sourced produce with the ability to include regional specialties
- Monitor & controlling kitchen flow.
- Operate within controlled budgets, cost dishes etc. analyze future purchasing to prevent over / under buying
- Control stock requirements & purchasing / replenishment, operate stock takes, prevent excessive wastage / spoilage
- Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
