- Under the supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration, the Administration and Operations Specialist will provide overall support to BNA operations including support to the finance and administrative team.
Job Description / Responsibility
- With the Director of Finance and Administration, create and update equipment inventory list to manage physical inventory of all equipment and software.
- Develop office procedures for travel and procurement and orient staff to procedural steps
- Make travel arrangement
- Procure supplies and equipment
- Organize conferences and workshops
- Provide administrative and logistic support to technical staff as needed.
- Liaise with ISP for technical support of Local Area Network or any of its components (server crash, virus attack, hard drive failure, etc.) and ensure the smooth operation of the office internet connection to enable staff to work in optimal conditions
- Other duties as required.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field; additional certification in information technology a plus
At least 2 year(s)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in logistics and project implementation
- A comprehensive ability to work in collaboration with high level managers and technical advisors
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- English language fluency.
