- To ensure GMP practice as per guideline.
- To ensure smooth manufacturing, filling and packaging of production according to the SOP.
- Monitoring process loss and wastage management.
- Biscuits Production and Plant Operational activities.
- Monitoring plant performance to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity and consistency in quality.
- Maintain highest standard of quality product and ensure to maintain standard up to finished good transfer.
- To keep leadership attitude to build a team management.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources (materials, manpower and machineries).
- To improve manpower skill development by leading, motivating and training to the production team.
- Take care of workers safety.
M.Sc in Chemistry/B.Sc in Food Technology/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized University.
1 to 2 year(s)

- Good inter-personal & communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Hard working.
