Job Description / Responsibility

  • Implement and manage the mission critical partnership with strategic partners for business development.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with vendors/partners.
  • Follow-up for new deals & product/feature from the partners.
  • If needed, deal with unhappy customers and partners.
  • Resolve problems raised from after sales.
  • Achieve Sales Target on designated categories.
  • Review sales and profit performance in a weekly basis.
  • Prepare the report on a weekly basis and submit to the line manager.
  • At least two special offers / flash sales have to be managed from partners on a monthly basis.
  • Monthly minimum one new vendors should be on-board.
