- We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to contribute to our company`s sales objectives. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for leading, motivating and developing an effective sales representative team in the business unit.

Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead district wide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customers account.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Liaise marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Masters / MBA from a reputed university (Preferably in Marketing)
At least 10 year(s)
- Age at most 42 years
- 10 years working experience in Sales
- Proven 2 years work experience as a Regional Sales Manager
- Experience managing a high performance sales team
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skill
- Analytical skill with a problem solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Masters degree from reputed university in marketing
