Job Description / Responsibility
- Answer questions and address complaints, Answer all incoming calls and redirect them as requested or keep messages. Make outgoing calls through PABX and keep register.
- Dispatch courier mails and keeping a record of them, Dispatch Office stationery, Inventory and keeping a record of them.
- Distribute all types of forms to office employee as and when required basis. Deploy office staffs in their assigned job & keeping proper observation.
- Assist in establishing cooperation with various departments to solve administrative problems.
- Manage front desk/reception counters, Serve visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Assist the MD to maintain his appointments with others.
- Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates

- Skilled in MS Office.
- Good Communication skill.
- Must be smart, well groomed & well mannered.
- Ability to work for long hours.

- Candidates residing in or near Gulshan, Badda or Mohakhali will be preferred (Roster Base Duty).
