Job Description / Responsibility
- Must have strong and clear concept of call center IT operation, troubleshooting,
- Provide IT support to end user for MS word, excel, outlook and dial er related applications.
- Ensure up and running all telesales IT logistics (Laptop, headphone, other IT accessories)
- Hands-on experience in networking. (LAN, IP setup etc.)
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor when required.
- Must have documentation skill for asset inventory and billing.
- Willing to work under pressure in weekend or/and shifting/night duty.
- Work as a team with IT help desk.
- Good command in communication English (Instant messaging, Email, verbal
